Yes, you can set up your PayGo plan to automatically renew each month via debit or credit card. All PayGo plans are automatically enrolled in autopay but you always have the option to cancel and renew manually.
What amount of Recharge cards are available for the PayGo plan?

Will I lose my number if I fail to make my monthly payment?
If no payment is made within 30 consecutive days after your last payment, your phone number will be canceled.

How can I add more talk minutes and text messages to my PayGo plan?
You can add more talk minutes and text messages by purchasing a Recharge card. After your 40 included monthly talk minutes and 40 included text messages are exhausted, minutes are billed at $0.05 a minute and text messages are billed at $0.05 each for both incoming and outgoing.
When do my talk minutes or text messages expire?
Your included PayGo talk minutes and text messages expire at the end of your monthly plan cycle. Monthly PayGo plans are based on a 30-day cycle, regardless of how many days are in each month. Therefore, a new cycle may not necessarily start or end on the same dates each month. Check your plan’s expiration date anytime by logging into your account at paygoplan.com.
Can I keep my current phone number with my PayGo plan?
Yes, you can transfer your phone number to your PayGo plan. You will need your account number, PIN # and billing address from your current carrier to start the transfer. Please contact us to start your phone number transfer request.
How much data is included?
Currently PayGo plans do not include data. Please contact us if you are interested in adding data to your PayGo plan.
Can I set up automatic monthly payments on my PayGo account?
All PayGo plans purchased through the PayGo website are automatically enrolled in autopay. If your initial purchase of the PayGo plan was through a third-party website such as eBay or Amazon then you will be notified via email on how to setup autopay before the expiration of your current PayGo plan.
How can I change my email, address and other settings for my account?
You can log in to your account at PayGoPlan.com/account to update your email, address, or other settings for your account.
PayGo service is for personal use in the U.S. only. Calls are rounded up to the nearest whole minute. Airtime charges are incurred on inbound/outbound calls and Voicemail deposits/retrievals. You will be charged for all messages sent (per recipient) by you or to you, regardless of receipt. Data usage applies for sending/receiving MMS and is rounded up to the nearest KB each use. Data speeds are limited by device capability/location. Unused Recharge balances rollover if enrolled in the PayGo autopay. Your included unused balances expire after 30 days for the PayGo plans with the exception of Recharge balances which rollover as long as you are enrolled in autopay. By purchasing PayGo products and services, you agree to all of the PayGo Terms of Service. Recharges have no cash redemption value and are nonrefundable even upon account cancellation. Your phone number will be canceled after 30 consecutive days if your autopay is declined on renewal. Taxes/fees are charged where applicable. Plans/rates/fees are subject to change without notice. Service may not be available in all areas.
